Founded in 1937, HITT Contracting has grown to be ranked among today’s 50 Largest General Contractors nationwide, with nine offices across the country. To help prepare for the future of our full and part-time employees, HITT sponsors a 401(k) plan as part of its benefits package. All employees, age 21 and older, are eligible for the 401k plan after one month of continuous service.
All full-time employees receive annual sick and vacation leave. After five years of continuous service, employees receive an additional week of vacation leave. All full-time, salaried employees receive the following paid holidays each year:
